Abstract

A torque and speed sensor for electric bicycle includes a centre shaft (1), a crankset (2), a crank (3) fixed on the centre shaft (1) and a deformed frame (4). The deformed frame (4) consists of an outer ring (4a) and an inner ring (4b) connected with each other by some radial connecting bars (4c). The inner ring (4b) is fastened with the crank (3), and the outer ring (4a) is fastened with the crankset (2). Two torque induction magnet steels (A) are provided on the inner ring (4b), and their outer surfaces have the opposite polarity. A signal output board (5) is provided on the outer ring (4a), and a linear hall sensor (6) is arranged on the signal out board (5). The induction surface of the linear hall sensor (6) faces the outer surfaces of the magnet steels (A). A rotating part (7) and a stationary part (8) are arranged coaxially on the centre shaft (1). The rotating part (7) is fixed with one of the crankset (2), the deformed frame (4), the crank (3) and the centre shaft (1). A secondary winding is provided on the rotating part (7). A primary winding and a signal receiving board (9) are provided on the stationary part (8) which is immovable to the rotating part (7). The primary winding and secondary winding form an insulting transformer. The primary winding keeps electric connection with an alternate current generator provided on the signal receiving board(9). Leading -out wires (10) are provided on the signal receiving board (9) and the secondary winding keeps electric connection with the signal output board (5).

Un capteur de couple et de vitesse pour bicyclette électrique comprend une tige centrale (1), un pédalier (2), une manivelle (3) fixée sur la tige centrale (1) et un cadre déformé (4). Le cadre déformé (4) se compose d'un anneau extérieur (4a) et d'un anneau intérieur (4b) reliés l'un à l'autre par quelques barres de liaison radiales (4c).
