Abstract

A single-shaft yaw electric bolt-tightening machine includes a base (1), a bracket (2), an electric tightening shaft assembly (14), a sleeve (15), a counterforce supporting board (16), a special sleeve (17), a counterforce sleeve (18), a servomotor (19), a torque sensor (20), an angle sensor (21) and a connecting shaft (22). The bracket (2) is fixed on the base (1) and provided with a rotary servomotor (3) and a coder (4). The rotary servomotor (3) is connected with an output shaft (5) provided with a small belt wheel (6). The small belt wheel (6) is engaged with a big belt wheel (8) by a tooth-type belt (7). The big belt wheel (8) is connected with a rotating shaft (9). A guiding column (12) is connected with a rotating arm (10) by a shaft sleeve (11) and fixed on a cover-plate bracket (13). The electric tightening shaft assembly (14) is fixed in the cover-plate bracket (13).

L'invention porte sur une machine de serrage de boulons électrique à mouvement de lacet à arbre unique qui comprend une base (1), un support (2), un ensemble arbre de serrage électrique (14), une douille (15), un panneau support de force de réaction (16), une douille spéciale (17), une douille de force de réaction (18), un servomoteur (19), un capteur de couple (20), un capteur d'angle (21) et un arbre de liaison (22). Le support (2) est fixé à la base (1) et il est équipé d'un servomoteur rotatif (3) et d'un encodeur (4). Le servomoteur rotatif (3) est relié à un arbre de sortie (5) équipé d'une petite poulie de courroie (6). La petite poulie de courroie (6) est accouplée à une grande poulie de courroie (8) par une courroie du type cranté (7). La grande poulie de courroie (8) est reliée à un arbre rotatif (9). Une colonne de guidage (12) est reliée à un bras rotatif (10) par une douille d'arbre (11) et elle est fixée sur un support de plaque de recouvrement (13). L'ensemble arbre de serrage électrique (14) est fixé dans le support de plaque de recouvrement (13).
