The present invention relates to a reproduction device of a holographic memory capable of precisely reproducing multi-value phase information without being influenced by noise. This holographic memory reproduction device comprises: a hologram diffraction ray generation unit which irradiates a first reference ray to the holographic memory and generates a diffraction ray of the first hologram; a hologram generation unit which changes the phase of a second reference ray which may interfere with the diffraction ray of the first hologram and generates a second hologram from the diffraction ray of the first hologram and the second reference ray to which the phase has been changed; a detection unit which detects the intensity distribution of the second hologram; and a processing unit which demodulates the phase modulation signal or the space quadrature amplitude modulation signal on the basis of the intensity distribution.

La présente invention concerne un dispositif de reproduction d'une mémoire holographique, capable de reproduire précisément des informations de phase à valeurs multiples sans être influencé par du bruit. Le présent dispositif de reproduction de mémoire holographique comporte : une unité de génération de rayons de diffraction pour hologrammes, qui irradie un premier rayon de référence vers la mémoire holographique et génère un rayon de diffraction du premier hologramme ; une unité de génération d'hologrammes qui modifie la phase d'un deuxième rayon de référence susceptible d'interférer avec le rayon de diffraction du premier hologramme et qui génère un deuxième hologramme à partir du rayon de diffraction du premier hologramme et du deuxième rayon de référence dont la phase a été modifiée ; une unité de détection qui détecte la distribution d'intensité du deuxième hologramme ; et une unité de traitement qui démodule le signal de modulation de phase ou le signal de modulation d'amplitude en quadrature spatiale en se basant sur la distribution d'intensité.

 本発明は、雑音の影響を受けることなく、多値の位相情報を精密に再生することができるホログラフィックメモリの再生装置に関する。本発明のホログラフィックメモリ再生装置は、第1の参照光を前記ホログラフィックメモリに照射して、前記第1のホログラムの回折光を生成するホログラム回折光生成部と、前記第1のホログラムの回折光と干渉しうる第2の参照光の位相を変化させるとともに、前記第1のホログラムの回折光と前記位相を変化させた第2の参照光とから第2のホログラムを生成するホログラム生成部と、前記第2のホログラムの強度分布を検出する検出部と、前記強度分布に基づいて前記位相変調信号または前記空間直交振幅変調信号を復調する処理部と、を有する。
