(EN)A waste-processing apparatus (100) for installation near cement-manufacturing equipment (200), comprising a gasification furnace (1) for the production of thermal decomposition gases from the gasification of waste materials, and a gas-transfer conduit (6) for transferring in an intact state the carbons and ash contained in the produced thermal decomposition gases to a decomposition furnace (20). The decomposition furnace (20) has cylindrical walls; thermal decomposition gases flow in a spiral formation along the walls (23), entering the decomposition furnace (20) from the gas-transfer conduit (6). The proportion of thermal decomposition gas flow from the gasification furnace (1) relative to exhaust gas flow from the decomposition furnace (20) is constrained to remain below a mandated flow level, whereby temperature fluctuation within the decomposition furnace (20) is controlled and operational stability of the cement-manufacturing equipment (200) can be guaranteed.
(FR)L'invention concerne un appareil de traitement des déchets (100) à installer à proximité d'un équipement de fabrication de ciment (200), comprenant un four de gazéification (1) pour la production de gaz de décomposition thermique par la gazéification des déchets, et une conduite de transfert de gaz (6) permettant de transférer sans les endommager les carbones et la cendre contenus dans les gaz de décomposition thermique produits jusqu'à un four de décomposition (20). Le four de décomposition (20) a des parois cylindriques; les gaz de décomposition thermique circulent dans une formation en spirale le long des parois (23), entrant dans le four de décomposition (20) à partir de la conduite de transfert de gaz (6).
