(EN)The present invention relates to a wireless communication system. Particularly, the present invention relates to a method in which a home base station performs power control and an apparatus for the same, the method comprising the steps of: acquiring information on downlink signal strength of a macrocell; and determining an upper limit of downlink transmission power of the home base station by taking into consideration the downlink signal strength of the macrocell, wherein: when a predetermined condition is satisfied, the upper limit of the downlink transmission power of the home base station is determined to be an intermediate value among a minimum transmission power value, a maximum transmission power value, and a power control value proportional to the downlink signal strength of the macrocell; and when the predetermined condition is not satisfied, the upper limit of the downlink transmission power of the home base station is determined to be a predetermined fixed value, the predetermined condition being a value indicating the downlink signal strength of the macrocell is equal to or greater than a first threshold value.
(FR)La présente invention se rapporte à un système de communication sans fil. Elle concerne en particulier un procédé qui permet à une station de base de rattachement de réaliser un réglage de puissance, ainsi qu'un appareil correspondant, ledit procédé comprenant : l'obtention d'informations sur l'intensité du signal de liaison descendante d'une macrocellule ; et la détermination de la limite supérieure de la puissance de transmission dans le sens descendant de la station de base de rattachement, cette détermination prenant en considération l'intensité du signal de liaison descendante de la macrocellule. Lorsqu'une condition prédéfinie est remplie, la limite supérieure de la puissance de transmission dans le sens descendant de la station de base de rattachement est fixée sur une valeur intermédiaire entre une valeur de puissance de transmission minimale, une valeur de puissance de transmission maximale et une valeur de réglage de puissance proportionnelle à l'intensité du signal de liaison descendante de la macrocellule. Lorsque ladite condition prédéfinie n'est pas remplie, la limite supérieure de la puissance de transmission dans le sens descendant de la station de base de rattachement est fixée sur une valeur permanente prédéfinie, la condition prédéfinie étant une valeur qui indique que l'intensité du signal de liaison descendante de la macrocellule est supérieure ou égale à une première valeur seuil.
