(EN)The present invention relates to a (halo)metal silicon oxynitride phosphor and to a production method therefor. More specifically, the present invention relates to: a (halo)metal silicon oxynitride phosphor wherein various forms of alkali metals, alkaline earth metals, transition metals or the like have been substituted into or added to a SrSi2O2N2:Eu2+ phosphor; and to a method for producing the same by means of a solid-phase method at atmospheric pressure. The (halo)metal silicon oxynitride phosphor of the present invention has a luminescence peak in the yellow zone due to an ultraviolet or blue excitation source and has outstanding luminous intensity and thermal stability and can therefore be used to advantage as a light-emitting element such as a light-emitting diode, laser diode, surface-emitting laser diode, inorganic electroluminescent device, or organic electroluminescent device.
(FR)La présente invention concerne un luminophore d'oxynitrure de silicium (halogéno)métallique ainsi que l'un de ses procédés de production. Plus spécifiquement, la présente invention concerne : un luminophore d'oxynitrure de silicium (halogéno)métallique dans lequel diverses formes de métaux alcalins, de métaux alcalino-terreux, de métaux de transition, etc., ont été substituées dans ou ajoutées à un luminophore SrSi2O2N2:Eu2+ ; ainsi qu'un procédé de production dudit luminophore par une méthode en phase solide à pression atmosphérique. Le luminophore d'oxynitrure de silicium (halogéno)métallique selon la présente invention présente un pic de luminescence dans la zone du jaune du fait d'une source d'excitation ultraviolette ou bleue et présente des caractéristiques exceptionnelles d'intensité lumineuse et de stabilité thermique, ce qui permet de l'utiliser avantageusement comme élément photo-émetteur, par exemple comme diode photo-émettrice, diode laser, diode laser à émission par la surface, dispositif électroluminescent inorganique ou dispositif électroluminescent organique.
(KO)본 발명은 (할로)금속실리콘산질화물 형광체 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 SrSi2O2N2:Eu2+ 형광체에 다양한 형태의 알칼리금속, 알칼리토금속, 전이금속 등을 치환 또는 첨가한 (할로)금속실리콘산질화물 형광체 및 이를 상압에서 고상법에 의해 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 (할로)금속실리콘산질화물 형광체는 자외선 또는 청색의 여기원에 의해 황색계 영역에서 발광피크를 가지며, 발광 휘도 및 열적 안정성이 우수하므로 발광다이오드, 레이저다이오드, 면발광 레이저다이오드, 무기 일렉트로루미네센스 소자, 또는 유기 일렉트로루미네센스 소자와 같은 발광 소자에 유용하게 적용할 수 있다.
