(EN)A semiconductor device capable of changing internal operating mode settings without increasing the number of semiconductor device terminals is provided. The semiconductor device (100a) is provided with: a semiconductor unit (120) equipped with a transmitting circuit, a receiving circuit, a transmitting antenna (121a) connected to the transmitting circuit, and a receiving antenna (122a) connected to the receiving circuit; and a conductor unit (111a) which is disposed near the transmitting antenna (121a) and the receiving antenna (122a). The semiconductor device (100a) uses close proximity wireless communication between the transmitting circuit and the receiving circuit.
(FR)L'invention concerne un dispositif à semi-conducteurs permettant un changement de configuration de mode de fonctionnement d'une partie interne, sans augmenter le nombre de terminaux de ce dispositif à semi-conducteurs. Le dispositif à semi-conducteurs (100a) est équipé : d'une partie semi-conductrice (120), elle-même équipée d'un circuit de transmission, d'un circuit de réception, d'une antenne de transmission (121a) connectée audit circuit de transmission, et d'une antenne de réception (122a) connectée audit circuit de réception; et d'une partie conductrice (111a) agencée à proximité de l'antenne de transmission (121a) et de l'antenne de réception (122a). Ainsi, le dispositif à semi-conducteurs (100a) met en œuvre une communication sans fil de proximité entre ledit circuit de transmission et ledit circuit de réception.
