Abstract:
(EN) Embodiments described herein generally relate to methods and systems for configuring settings of a cell expansion system including a bioreactor. Through a user interface, a user may configure display settings, system settings, and settings associated with protocols for loading, growing and/or harvesting cells. In configuring settings for protocols and associated processes, a diagram view or window of the cell expansion system is displayed in embodiments. The diagram view displays the process settings as graphical user interface elements. Settings available for configuration are enabled for selection in the diagram view. The diagram view allows the user to visualize the settings available for task configuration and to configure enabled settings. Configured settings are stored and capable of retrieval for subsequent execution or modification of the applicable protocol.
(FR) L'invention concerne des procédés et des systèmes permettant de configurer les paramètres d'un système de multiplication de cellules comprenant un bioréacteur. Grâce à une interface dédiée, un utilisateur peut configurer les paramètres d'affichage, les paramètres du système, et les paramètres associés aux protocoles de chargement, de culture et/ou de récolte de cellules. Lors de la configuration des paramètres des protocoles et des procédés associés, un diagramme de visualisation ou une fenêtre du système de multiplication de cellules est affiché. Le diagramme affiche les paramètres du procédé sous forme d'éléments graphiques. Les paramètres pouvant être configurés sont activés pour pouvoir être sélectionnés. Le diagramme permet à l'utilisateur de visualiser les paramètres disponibles pour la configuration des tâches et de configurer les paramètres actifs. Les paramètres configurés sont stockés et peuvent être récupérés pour une exécution ou modification ultérieure du protocole applicable.
