(EN)Disclosed are fine direct reduced irons containing iron carbide and a preparation apparatus thereof. The fine direct reduced irons containing iron carbide of the present invention contains 20-30 wt% of iron carbide by reducing poorly reducible ultrafine ore in a reduction furnace and forming iron carbide on the surface by carbonization in a carbonization furnace. The apparatus for preparing fine direct reduced irons containing iron carbide of the present invention can effectively reduce and carbonize fine iron ore by selectively using hydrogen sulfide contained in a reducing gas in a carbonization furnace and a reduction furnace. The carbon content in fine direct reduced irons is increased by applying fine direct reduced irons containing iron carbide of the present invention, thereby improving melting properties, and it is possible to reduce fuel costs due to the increase of reduction and melting velocities.
(FR)L'invention porte sur des fers réduits directs fins contenant du carbure de fer et sur leur appareil de préparation. Les fers réduits directs fins contenant du carbure de fer selon la présente invention contiennent de 20 à 30 % en poids de carbure de fer par réduction d'un minerai ultrafin faiblement réductible dans un four de réduction et formation du carbure de fer sur la surface par carbonisation dans un four de carbonisation. La présente invention porte également sur un appareil pour préparer des fers réduits directs fins contenant du carbure de fer, lequel appareil peut réduire et carboniser efficacement du minerai de fer fin par utilisation sélective de sulfure d'hydrogène contenu dans un gaz de réduction dans un four de carbonisation et dans un four de réduction. La teneur en carbone dans des fers réduits directs fins est accrue par application de fers réduits directs fins contenant du carbure de fer selon la présente invention, de façon à améliorer ainsi les propriétés de fusion, et il est possible de réduire les coûts en combustible du fait de l'augmentation des vitesses de réduction et de fusion.
(KO)탄화철 함유 분환원철 및 그 제조방법이 개시된다. 본 발명에 의한 탄화철 함유 분환원철은 난환원성의 극미분광을 환원로에서 환원 후 탄화로에서 탄화 반응에 의해 표면에 탄화철을 형성함으로써 20 내지 30 중량 퍼센트의 탄화철을 함유한다. 본 발명에 의한 탄화철 함유 분환원철 제조장치는 환원가스 내에 포함된 황화수소를 탄화로와 환원로에 선택적으로 사용함으로써 분철광석을 효과적으로 환원 및 탄화시킬 수 있다. 본 발명에 의한 탄화철 함유 분환원철을 적용함으로써 분환원철 내에 탄소함량을 증진시킴으로써 용융성을 향상시킬 수 있으며 환원 및 용융 속도 증가로 인한 연료비를 저감할 수 있다.
