(EN)The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a film, and more particularly, to a method of manufacturing a multi-layer film having functions such as antistatic and buffering. In terms of its configuration, a film includes a foaming layer 1 for absorbing physical impact, which is interposed between layers, and a surface layer 3 having an antistatic function, which is installed at each of both surfaces. In relation to a method of manufacturing the film, the foaming layer 1 and the surface layer 3 are laminated when a liquid synthetic resin is in a molten state, and then, are extruded in one blow extruder, so that forming and laminating are simultaneously performed.
(FR)La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un film, et plus particulièrement un procédé de fabrication d'un film multicouche ayant des fonctions telles qu'une fonction antistatique et une fonction tampon. En termes de configuration, un film comprend une couche de mousse 1 permettant d'absorber le choc physique, qui est intercalée entre des couches, et une couche superficielle 3 ayant une fonction antistatique, qui est installée au niveau de chacune des deux surfaces. En rapport avec un procédé de fabrication du film, la couche de mousse 1 et la couche superficielle 3 sont stratifies lorsqu'une résine synthétique liquide est à l'état fondu, puis sont extrudées dans une extrudeuse souffleuse, de façon à ce que le formage et la stratification soient effectuées simultanément.
