(EN)Disclosed are novel antimicrobial peptides which can promote the regeneration of skin cells, thus healing wounds. Pharmaceutical compositions comprising the peptides as active ingredients are also provided for wound healing and skin rejuvenation. The antimicrobial peptides exhibit inhibitory activity against antibiotic-resistant strains, and their antimicrobial activity is maintained without loss of structural stability even under a high salt condition. Also, being proven to promote the migration and regeneration of skin cells in mice as well as in vitro, the antimicrobial peptides may be widely used as an agent for regenerating skin cells. Further, they can find applications in various fields including the medical industry and the cosmetic industry. Hence, the novel antimicrobial peptides are anticipated to have considerable repercussions in the market for antibiotics, wound healing agents and cosmetics.
(FR)L'invention concerne de nouveaux peptides antimicrobiens qui peuvent promouvoir la régénération des cellules de la peau, en guérissant ainsi les plaies. Des compositions pharmaceutiques comprenant les peptides comme ingrédients actifs sont aussi fournies pour guérir des plaies et rajeunir la peau. Les peptides antimicrobiens montrent une activité inhibitrice contre des souches résistantes aux antibiotiques, et leur activité antimicrobienne est maintenue sans perte de stabilité de structure même dans des conditions de forte salinité. De même, ayant prouvé qu'ils favorisent la migration et la régénération des cellules de la peau chez des souris ainsi qu'in vitro, les peptides antimicrobiens peuvent être largement utilisés comme agent pour régénérer les cellules de la peau. De plus, ils peuvent trouver des applications dans divers domaines incluant l'industrie médicale et l'industrie cosmétique. Ainsi, les nouveaux peptides antimicrobiens sont supposés avoir des répercussions considérables sur le marché des antibiotiques, des agents de guérison des plaies et des cosmétiques.
