(EN)The present invention relates to a wind power generation device including a ring-shaped wing, which can generate power through torque conversion regardless of the direction in which the wind blows, minimize an increase in the wing size despite an increase in various output specifications, and produce advertising and visual effects. The device of the present invention includes a propeller which converts the force of the blowing wind into torque; a shaft mounted at the propeller to transmit the torque; and a generator including a casing disposed at the lower portion thereof for the shaft to penetrate therethrough, a rotor rotatably disposed in the casing so as to be coupled with the shaft, and a stator fixedly disposed in the casing so as to generate electricity through the operation thereof with the rotor. The propeller includes ring-shaped or ball-shaped wings rotated by omnidirectional wind blowing from the upper, lower, left, and right directions, and a horizontal blade connecting the laterally disposed ring-shaped or ball-shaped wings together, coupled to an upper portion of the shaft, and assisting in the rotation of the propeller by receiving the blowing wind.
(FR)La présente invention concerne un dispositif de production d'énergie éolienne comprenant une pale en forme d'anneau qui peut produire de l'énergie en convertissant le couple indépendamment de la direction dans laquelle le vent souffle, minimiser l'augmentation de la taille de la pale malgré l'augmentation de différentes spécifications de sortie, et produire des effets publicitaires et visuels. Le dispositif de la présente invention comprend un impulseur qui convertit en un couple la force du vent qui souffle ; un arbre monté sur l'impulseur permettant de transmettre le couple ; et un générateur comprenant un carter situé au niveau de la partie inférieure de celui-ci permettant à l'arbre de pénétrer à l'intérieur, un rotor placé de façon à pouvoir tourner dans le carter pour être accouplé à l'arbre et un stator fixe à l'intérieur du carter permettant de produire de l'électricité grâce à sa coopération avec le rotor. L'impulseur comprend des pales en forme d'anneau ou de balle entraînées en rotation par un vent omnidirectionnel soufflant des directions supérieure, inférieure, gauche et droite, et une aube horizontale raccordant ensemble les pales en forme d'anneau ou de balle disposées latéralement, accouplée à une partie supérieure de l'arbre et assistant la rotation de l'impulseur en recevant le vent qui souffle.
