(EN)The present invention addresses the problem of providing: a tissue adhesive film having high adhesive strength and high biocompatibility; and a method for producing the tissue adhesive film. This problem can be resolved by using a tissue adhesive film obtained by integrating gelatin with cross-linking molecules, wherein the gelatin is provided with an amino group on the side chain thereof, the molecular weight of the gelatin is 50,000 to 100,000, and the cross-linking molecules comprise two or more active ester groups or acid anhydrides.
(FR)L'invention concerne un film d'adhésif tissulaire qui présente une force adhésive élevée et une biocompatibilité élevée; et un procédé de production de ce film d'adhésif tissulaire. On obtient ce film d'adhésif tissulaire en intégrant de gélatine à des molécules de réticulation, la gélatine comportant un groupe amino sur sa chaîne latérale, le poids moléculaire de la gélatine étant compris entre 50000 et 100000, et les molécules de réticulation comprenant deux ou davantage de groupes ester actifs ou d'anhydrides acides.
(JA)本発明は、接着強度が高く、かつ、生体親和性の高い組織接着膜及びその製造方法を提供することを課題とする。ゼラチンと架橋用分子とが集積されてなる組織接着膜であって、前記ゼラチンは、その側鎖にアミノ基を備え、分子量が50,000以上、100,000以下のゼラチンであり、前記架橋用分子は2以上の活性エステル基または酸無水物を有している組織接着膜を用いることによって前記課題を解決できる。
