(EN)The invention provides a process for producing a three-dimensional tissue by cultivating eucaryotic cells by introducing the cells into a matrix and cultivating the cells within the matrix in a cell culture medium within a cell culture vessel under controlled dissolved oxygen conditions of the cell culture medium. The matrix contains a support containing an optical oxygen sensor, which is an oxygen-sensitive dye, which upon irradiation with an excitation wavelength changes its emission characteristics in dependence on the dissolved oxygen concentration in the surrounding medium, including a dye phosphorescing upon irradiation of an excitation wavelength, which phosphorescence is quenched by dissolved oxygen.
(FR)L'invention concerne un procédé de production d'un tissu tridimensionnel par mise en culture de cellules eucaryotes par introduction des cellules à l'intérieur d'une matrice et mise en culture des cellules au sein de la matrice dans un milieu de culture cellulaire, au sein d'un récipient de culture cellulaire, dans des conductions régulées d'oxygène dissous du milieu de culture cellulaire. La matrice contient un support contenant un capteur optique d'oxygène, qui est un colorant sensible à l'oxygène, qui, suite à l'irradiation par une longueur d'onde d'excitation, modifie ses caractéristiques d'émission en fonction de la concentration en oxygène dissous dans le milieu environnant, notamment un colorant phosphorescent sous irradiation à une longueur d'onde d'excitation, dont la phosphorescence est inactivée par l'oxygène dissous.
