(EN)The present invention relates to the development of a photobioreactor aimed at carrying out biotechnologial processes involving photosynthetic microorganisms, a kit comprising a photobioreactor and a complementary system, and to the uses of the kit for cultivating microorganisms, producing biomass, scavenging and using pollutant gases as a food source for photosynthetic microorganisms. The design and arrangement of the photobioreactor are crucial factors for the effectiveness of the system to scavenge gases and produce biomass, the present invention providing an arrangement that increases process yield and reduces operation costs, as well as equipment manufacturing and maintenance costs.
(FR)La présente invention concerne la mise au point d'un photobioréacteur destiné à réaliser des procédés biotechnologiques faisant intervenir des micro-organismes photosynthétiques, un kit comprenant un photobioréacteur et un système complémentaire, ainsi que l'utilisation de ce kit pour la culture de micro-organismes, l'obtention de biomasse et le piégeage et l'utilisation de gaz polluants comme source nutritionnelle pour micro-organismes photosynthétiques. La conception du photobioréacteur et son agencement sont des facteurs déterminants pour l'efficacité du piégeage de gaz et de la production de biomasse. La présente invention décrit un système permettant d'augmenter les rendements du procédé et de réduire les coûts d'exploitation ainsi que les coûts de fabrication et d'entretien des équipements.
(PT)A presente invenção está relacionada ao desenvolvimento de um fotobiorreator destinado a realizar processos biotecnológicos envolvendo microorganismos fotossintéticos, um kit composto de um fotobiorreator e um sistema complementar e ao uso do kit para cultivo de microorganismos, obtenção de biomassa e sequestro e utilização de gases poluentes como fonte nutricional de microorganismos fotossintéticos. O desenho do fotobiorreator e o seu arranjo são fatores determinantes na eficiência do sequestro de gases e da produção de biomassa, apresentando a presente invenção uma disposição que propicia aumento nos rendimentos do processo e redução dos custos operacionais e de fabricação e manutenção dos equipamentos.
