(EN)This optical member is used disposed on the visible side of a display device and has been subjected to non-glare treatment by means of a corrugated shape being formed to the surface on the visible side thereof. The refractive index (N1) of the optical member is greater than the refractive index (N2) of an optical medium on the exiting side of the optical member, and, with the angle of inclination of each surface being ϴ, the corrugated shape has a first surface wherein the angle of inclination (ϴ) and the refractive indices (N1, N2) satisfy the relationship of formula (1) below, and a second surface wherein the angle of inclination (ϴ) and the refractive indices (N1, N2) satisfy the relationship of formula (2) below: N1 × sinϴ > N2 (formula 1); 0 < N1 × sinϴ < N2 (formula 2).
