Said charging member has a substrate, an elastic layer and a surface layer. Said surface layer has Si-O-Ta bonds, and contains a polymeric compound having structural units represented by structural formula (1) and structural units represented by structural formula (2).
(FR)L'invention porte sur un élément de chargement doté d'une couche de surface permettant de supprimer de façon plus fiable l'exsudation de composants de faible masse moléculaire à partir d'une couche élastique. Ledit élément de chargement comprend un substrat, une couche élastique et une couche de surface. Ladite couche de surface a des liaisons Si-O-Ta et contient un composé polymère ayant des motifs de structure représentés par la formule de structure (1) et des motifs de structure représentés par la formule de structure (2).
