(EN)A respiratory access assembly (10) includes a distal plate (12) having one port (16) and cuff and an axially aligned proximal plate (14) including a first port (20) and first cuff (24) and a second port (22) and second cuff (26). The distal plate is configured to move relative to the proximal plate. The respiratory access assembly includes an actuator (91), which has a plurality of predetermined positions. The actuator includes a blocking portion (92) that controls the movement of the plates. The blocking portion moves slidably within an O-ring (102) that prevents loss of pressure from the artificial airway system. The O-ring may be molded in place using an injection molding process, thus ensuring good adhesion to the disk.
(FR)La présente invention concerne un ensemble accès respiratoire (10) comprenant une plaque distale (12) pourvue d'un orifice (16) et d'un manchon, et une plaque proximale alignée axialement (14) comprenant un premier orifice (20) et un premier manchon (24), et un second orifice (22) et un second manchon (26). Ladite plaque distale est conçue pour se déplacer par rapport à ladite plaque proximale. Ledit ensemble accès respiratoire comprend un actionneur (91) qui possède une pluralité de positions prédéfinies. Ledit actionneur comprend une partie de blocage (92) qui commande le mouvement des plaques. Ladite partie de blocage se déplace de manière coulissante dans un joint torique (102) qui empêche la chute de pression provenant du système artificiel de voie aérienne. Ledit joint torique peut être moulé en place au moyen d'un procédé de moulage par injection, garantissant ainsi une bonne adhésion au disque.
