(EN)The present invention relates to synergistic immunogenic compositions for preventing whooping cough and infections caused by Streptococcus pneumoniae. Additionally, the compositions according to the present invention may protect against infections caused by other pathogenic agents by means of a synergistic combination of antigens thereof. In particular, the present invention provides synergistic immunogenic compositions that comprise at least one cell antigen of inactivated Bordetella pertussis and at least one protein antigen comprising one or more surface proteins A (PspA) of Streptococcus penumoniae or fragments thereof. The present invention further provides synergistic immunogenic compositions comprising at least one cell antigen of inactivated Bordetella pertussis, at least one protein antigen comprising one or more surface proteins A (PspA) of Streptococcus penumoniae or fragments thereof, and one or more diphtheria and/or tetanus toxins. The present invention also relates to the use of one or more synergistic immunogenic compositions according to the present invention for producing combined vaccines for the prevention of whooping cough, tetanus, diphtheria and/or infections caused by Streptococcus pneumoniae. The present invention further relates to the use of the compositions according to the present invention for producing vaccines for the prevention of whooping cough, tetanus, diphtheria and/or infections caused by Streptococcus pneumoniae.
(FR)La présente invention concerne des compositions immunogènes synergiques pour la prévention de la coqueluche et d'infections causées par Streptococcus pneumoniae. En outre, les compositions de la présente invention peuvent offrir une protection contre les infections causées par d'autres agents pathogènes, par combinaison synergique d'antigènes correspondants. En particulier, la présente invention fournit des compositions immunogènes synergiques renfermant au moins un antigène cellulaire de Bordetella pertussis inactivé et au moins un antigène protéique renfermant une ou plusieurs protéines de surface A (PspA) de Streptococcus pneumoniae ou des fragments correspondants. La présente invention fournit en outre des compositions immunogènes synergiques renfermant au moins un antigène cellulaire de Bordetella pertussis inactivé, au moins un antigène protéique renfermant une ou plusieurs protéines de surface A (PspA) de Streptococcus pneumoniae ou des fragments correspondants, et une ou plusieurs toxines diphtériques et/ou tétaniques. La présente invention concerne également l'utilisation d'une ou de plusieurs compositions immunogènes synergiques selon l'invention dans la production de vaccins combinés destinés à prévenir la coqueluche, le tétanos, la diphtérie et/ou des infections causées par Streptococcus pneumoniae. La présente invention se rapporte en outre à l'utilisation des compositions selon l'invention dans la production de vaccins destinés à prévenir la coqueluche, le tétanos, la diphtérie et des infections causées par Streptococcus pneumoniae.

Adicionalmente, as composições da presente invenção podem oferecer proteção contra infecções causadas por outros patógenos através da combinação sinérgica de antígenos dos mesmos. Em particular, a presente invenção fornece composições imunogênicas sinérgicas que compreendem ao menos um antígeno celular de Bordetella pertussis inativada e ao menos um antígeno proteico compreendendo uma ou mais proteínas de superfície A (PspA) de Streptococcus pneumoniae ou fragmentos das mesmas. A presente invenção fornece ainda fornece composições imunogênicas sinérgicas que compreendem ao menos um antígeno celular de Bordetella pertussis inativada, ao menos um antígeno proteico compreendendo uma ou mais proteínas de superfície A (PspA) de Streptococcus pneumoniae ou fragmentos das mesmas e uma ou mais toxinas diftéricas e/ou tetânicas. A presente invenção refere-se também ao uso de uma ou mais composições imunogênicas sinérgicas, da presente invenção na manufatura de vacinas combinadas para prevenção contra coqueluche, tétano, difteria e/ou infecções causadas por Streptococcus pneumoniae. A presente invenção refere-se ainda ao uso das composições da presente invenção na manufatura de vacinas para prevenção contra coqueluche, tétano, difteria e infecções causadas por Streptococcus pneumoniae.
