Abstract:
(EN) Sensors, sensing arrangements and devices, and related methods are provided. In accordance with an example embodiment, an impedance-based sensor includes a flexible dielectric material and generates an output based on pressure applied to the dielectric material and a resulting compression thereof. In certain embodiments, the dielectric material includes a plurality of regions separated by gaps and configured to elastically deform and recover in response to applied pressure.
(FR) La présente invention concerne des capteurs, des agencements de détection et des dispositifs ainsi que des procédés correspondants. Dans un mode de réalisation caractéristique, un capteur basé sur l'impédance comporte un matériau diélectrique souple et produit une sortie en fonction de la pression exercée sur le matériau diélectrique et de la compression résultante de ce dernier. Dans certains modes de réalisation, le matériau diélectrique comporte une pluralité de régions séparées par des intervalles et permettant une déformation élastique et une recouvrance en réponse à la pression appliquée.
