Abstract

A simple, easy and small shaped brushless electric motor which can be electronically commutated and is able to start regardless to each initial position of its rotor, by which moreover the power can be controlled electronically and the turning speed can be adjusted continuously, comprises a housing (10) of a non¬ magnetic material, within which a shaft (20) is embedded, to which a winding assembly (2) is connected with the possibility of torque transmission, wherein said winding assembly (2) comprises electric conductors (21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28) which are adapted to cooperate with a magnetic assembly (1) which is firmly attached to said housing (10) and consists of a pre-determined number of magnets (11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18) which are firmly attached onto at least two discs (101, 102, 103) which are fixed within said housing (10) and in the axial direction spaced apart from each other, and wherein a disc (201, 202) is inserted in each gap between each two neighboring discs (101, 102, 103), which consists of at least two printed conductor layers (2011, 2012; 2021, 2022), each layer (2011, 2012; 2021, 2022) consisting of electric insulating material and is on its each side which is faced towards said magnets (1 1, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18) furnished with mesh- shaped electric conductors (21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28) formed as a surface layer consisting of electric conductive material.

La présente invention se rapporte à un moteur électrique sans balai, simple, facile et de petite taille qui peut être commuté électroniquement et qui est capable de démarrer indépendamment de la position initiale de son rotor et qui permet en outre à la puissance d'être contrôlée électroniquement et à la vitesse de rotation d'être ajustée de manière continue et qui comprend un carter (10) en matériau non magnétique dans lequel un arbre (20) est incorporé, auquel est relié un ensemble d'enroulement (2) avec la possibilité de transmission de couple, caractérisé en ce que ledit ensemble d'enroulement (2) comprend des conducteurs électriques (21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28) qui sont adaptés pour coopérer avec un ensemble magnétique qui est solidement fixé audit carter (10) et consiste en un nombre prédéfini d'aimants (11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18) qui sont solidement fixés à au moins deux disques (101, 102, 103) qui sont fixés dans ledit carter (10) et, dans le sens axial, sont écartés les uns des autres, et caractérisé en ce qu'un disque (201, 202) est inséré dans chaque espace entre chacun des deux disques avoisinants (101, 102, 103), qui consiste en au moins deux couches conductrices imprimées (2011, 2012 ; 2021, 2022), chaque couche (2011, 2012; 2021, 2022) étant constituée de matériau isolant électrique et de chaque côté faisant face auxdits aimants (11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18) équipés de conducteurs électriques à mailles (21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28) formées comme une couche superficielle constituée de matériau conducteur électrique.
