Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed is an organic electroluminescent element which is characterized by sequentially comprising, between a positive electrode (20) and a negative electrode (60) facing each other, a light emitting layer (40) and an electron transport band (50) in this order from the positive electrode (20) side. The organic electroluminescent element is also characterized in that: a barrier layer (51) is provided in the electron transport band (50) so as to be adjacent to the light emitting layer (40); the barrier layer (51) contains a fused hydrocarbon compound and a compound(s) selected from among electron-donating dopants and/or organic metal complexes containing an alkali metal; and the triplet energy of the fused hydrocarbon compound is 2.0 eV or more.
(FR) L'invention concerne un élément électroluminescent organique qui est caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend séquentiellement, entre une électrode positive (20) et une électrode négative (60) qui se font face, une couche émettant de la lumière (40) et une bande de transport d'électrons (50) dans cet ordre à partir du côté de l'électrode positive (20). L'élément électroluminescent organique est également caractérisé en ce que : une couche de barrière (51) est implantée dans la bande de transport d'électrons (50) de manière à être adjacente à la couche émettant de la lumière (40) ; la couche de barrière (51) contient un composé hydrocarboné fusionné et un ou plusieurs composés sélectionnés parmi des agents dopants donneurs d'électrons et/ou des complexes organométalliques contenant un métal alcalin ; et l'énergie de triplet du composé hydrocarboné fusionné est de 2,0 eV ou plus.
(JA)  対向する陽極(20)と陰極(60)との間に、陽極(20)側から、発光層(40)と、電子輸送帯域(50)と、をこの順に備え、電子輸送帯域(50)内に、発光層(40)に隣接して障壁層(51)が設けられ、障壁層(51)は、縮合系炭化水素化合物と電子供与性ドーパント及びアルカリ金属を含む有機金属錯体の少なくともいずれか一方から選ばれる化合物とを含み、縮合系炭化水素化合物の3重項エネルギーが2.0eV以上であることを特徴とする有機エレクトロルミネッセンス素子。
