Abstract:
(EN) The disclosed display device (100) includes: a plurality of pixel circuits (10); a gate driver circuit (2) that connects to a plurality of scan-signal lines (Gi) and control lines (Ei); and a power-supply control circuit (4) that connects to a plurality of power-supply lines (VPi) via a common power-supply line. The pixel circuits (10) each include an organic EL element, a plurality of TFTs, and a capacitor, and are controlled in a manner such that an initialization potential is received at once from the power-supply lines (VPi) at the head of a frame, then threshold detection is performed at once immediately thereafter, and then writing and light emission are performed. Thus, the aperture ratios of the pixel circuits (10) are kept high while the circuit size is reduced because ideally there is only one output buffer for the power-supply control circuit (4), power consumption is reduced because potential drive is performed only once, and a sufficiently long detection period is ensured because threshold detection is performed only once.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un dispositif d'affichage (100) comprenant : une pluralité de circuits de pixels (10); un circuit de pilotage de grille (2) relié à une pluralité de lignes de signal de balayage (Gi) et de lignes de commande (Ei) ; et un circuit de commande d'alimentation (4) relié à une pluralité de lignes d'alimentation (VPi) via une ligne d'alimentation commune. Les circuits de pixels (10) comprennent chacun un élément EL organique, une pluralité de TFTs et un condensateur, et sont commandés de telle sorte qu'un potentiel d'initialisation est reçu en une fois depuis des lignes d'alimentation (VPi) au niveau de la tête d'un cadre, puis qu'une détection du seuil est réalisée en une fois après, suivie d'une étape d'écriture et d'émission de lumière. Les ratios d'ouverture des circuits de pixels (10) sont donc maintenus élevés tandis que la taille du circuit est réduite du fait qu'il n'y a idéalement qu'un tampon de sortie pour le circuit de commande d'alimentation (4), la consommation de courant est réduite du fait que le pilotage du potentiel n'est effectué qu'une fois et une période de détection suffisamment longue est garantie du fait que la détection du seuil n'est effectuée qu'une seule fois.
(JA)  表示装置(100)は、複数の画素回路(10)と、複数の走査信号線Giおよび制御線Eiに繋がるゲートドライバ回路(2)と、複数の電源線VPiに共通電源線を介して繋がる電源制御回路(4)とを備える。画素回路(10)は、有機EL素子、複数のTFT、およびコンデンサを含み、フレーム先頭で電源線VPiから一括して初期化電位を受け取り、その直後に一括して閾値検出を行い、その後書き込み、発光を行うよう制御される。よって画素回路(10)の開口率を大きく保ちつつ、典型的には電源制御回路(4)の出力バッファ数が1つであるため回路規模が小さく、電位駆動が一回なので消費電力が小さく、閾値検出が一回なので十分な長さの検出期間が確保される。
