(EN)The present disclosure relates to phosphorylation of NPM1 by Aurora kinases A and B at a single residue, serine 125 during mitosis. In order to detect the phosphorylated-S125- NPM1 in the cells, highly specific antibodies were generated against it. Hence the present disclosure also relates to highly specific antibodies to detect Aurora kinases A and B phosphorylation at Ser125-NPM1 and its uses thereof.
(FR)Cette invention concerne la phosphorylation de NPM1 par les kinases Aurora A et B sur un résidu unique, la sérine 125, pendant la mitose. Pour détecter la S125-NPM1 phosphorylée dans les cellules, des anticorps hautement spécifiques dirigés contre elle ont été générés. Par conséquent, cette invention concerne également des anticorps hautement spécifiques permettant de détecter la phosphorylation de la S125-NPM1 par les kinases Aurora A et B et leurs utilisations.
