(EN)The present invention relates to a solid oxide fuel cell stack in which hydrocarbon-containing gas can be directly used, and more particularly, to a solid oxide fuel cell stack using a cell module which includes a tubular reformer and a tubular reactor, and a manufacturing method therefor. The present invention provides a large-scale solid oxide fuel cell stack and a manufacturing method therefor, wherein: a divided cell tube, which has a unit cell directly connected with small resistance and is formed on a cylindrical or flat tubular porous support, and a reformer tube, which contains a reforming catalyst therein and is formed in the same-shaped support, are separately disposed to form an air channel on the external surface thereof; and a cell module having a channel for flow of fuel gas is integrated between the tubes. The solid oxide fuel cell stack according to the present invention allows a large size to be obtained, allows heat to be easily controlled due to the reformer contained therein, allows a large reaction area and a high voltage stack to be achieved due to unit cells connected in an electrically mixed parallel and series structure, and allows repair by replacement using modularized cell bundles.
(FR)La présente invention concerne un empilement de piles à combustible à oxyde solide dans lequel il est possible d'utiliser directement du gaz contenant des hydrocarbures, plus particulièrement un empilement de piles à combustible à oxyde solide utilisant un module de pile qui comprend un reformeur tubulaire et un réacteur tubulaire, ainsi qu'un procédé de fabrication correspondant. L'invention concerne un empilement de piles à combustible à oxyde solide à grande échelle et un procédé de fabrication correspondant selon lesquels : un tube de pile divisé comportant une pile unitaire directement connectée à une petite résistance et formée sur un support poreux tubulaire cylindrique ou plat, et un tube de reformeur renfermant un catalyseur de reformage et formé dans le support de même forme, sont montés séparément pour former un canal d'aération sur la surface externe de l'empilement. Un module de pile présentant un canal destiné à la circulation du gaz combustible est intégré entre les tubes. L'empilement de piles à combustible à oxyde solide selon l'invention permet d'obtenir un grand format, permet de maîtriser facilement la chaleur grâce au reformeur qu'il contient, permet d'obtenir une grande surface de réaction et un empilement à haute tension grâce aux piles unitaires connectées dans une structure parallèle et série électriquement mixte, et permet une réparation grâce à un remplacement avec des groupes de piles sous forme de modules.
(KO)본 발명은 탄화수소 함유가스를 직접 사용할 수 있는 고체산화물 연료전지 스택에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 튜브형 개질기와 튜브형 반응기를 포함하는 셀모듈을 이용한 고체산화물 연료전지용 스텍 및 그 제조 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 고체산화물 연료전지용 스텍은 원통형 또는 평관형의 다공성 지지체에 적은 저항으로 직렬 연결된 단위셀이 형성된 분할형 셀 튜브 및 같은 모양의 지지체의 내부에 개질 촉매가 내장된 개질기 튜브를 외면에 공기유로가 형성되도록 이격 배치하고, 튜브 사이에 연료가스 흐름용 유로를 형성시킨 셀모듈이 집적된 대형 고체산화물 연료전지용 스택 및 그 제조 방법을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따른 고체산화물 연료전지용 스텍은 대형화가 가능하면서도 내부에 개질기가 내장되어 열 조절이 쉽고, 단위셀 들이 전기적으로 직렬 및 병렬의 혼합 구조로 연결되어 반응면적의 대면적화 및 스택의 고전압화가 가능하고, 또한 모듈화된 셀번들을 사용하여 교체에 의한 수리가 가능하다.
