(EN)The present invention relates to a single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) for predicting the sensitivity to an anticancer targeted therapeutic formulation, a polynucleotide containing the same, and a method for predicting the sensitivity to an anticancer targeted therapeutic formulation. According to the present invention, it is possible to predict the sensitivity of each individual to a certain anticancer targeted therapeutic formulation, using a small amount of a sample taken from a patient and thus to select a most suitable targeted therapeutic formulation over the entire duration of treatment for the patient.
(FR)La présente invention concerne un polymorphisme mononucléotidique (SNP) destiné à prédire la sensibilité à une formulation thérapeutique anticancéreuse ciblée, un polynucléotide contenant celui-ci, et un procédé destiné à prédire la sensibilité à une formulation thérapeutique anticancéreuse ciblée. Selon la présente invention, il est possible de prédire la sensibilité de chaque individu à une certaine formulation thérapeutique anticancéreuse ciblée, en utilisant une petite quantité d'un échantillon prélevé chez un patient et en choisissant ainsi la formulation thérapeutique ciblée la plus appropriée pour toute la durée du traitement du patient.
(KO)본 발명은 항암 표적치료제제 감수성 예측용 단염기 다형성 표식자 (SNP), 이를 포함하는 폴리뉴클레오티드 및 항암 표적치료제제의 감수성을 예측하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의하면 환자의 소량 시료를 이용하여 항암 표적치료제제에 대한 개인별 감수성을 미리 예측하게 하며 환자의 치료 경과 전체에 걸쳐서 가장 적합한 표적치료제제 선택을 가능하게 해준다.
