(EN)This invention relates to a novel non-obturation, regenerative technique "SealBio" of endodontic treatment involving regenerative potential of stem cells and signaling molecules, locally available in the peri - radicular region of teeth, wherein they are stimulated to induce healing and deposition of a natural barrier (seal) at the root apex.
(FR)Cette invention concerne une nouvelle technique de régénération sans obturation appelée "SealBio", destinée au traitement endodontique, qui exploite le potentiel de régénération des cellules souches et des molécules de signalisation disponibles localement dans la région péri-radiculaire des dents, lesquelles sont stimulées de façon à activer la cicatrisation et la mise en place d'une barrière naturelle (joint) à l'apex de la racine.
