(EN)Provided are a method for the fermentation production of high concentration of D-lactic acid with synchronous enzymolysis by using peanut meal and a dedicated medium thereof. The medium is a fermentation medium which comprises peanut meal as nitrogen source. The medium may further comprise a protease. The production method of high concentration of D-lactic acid comprises the step of fermentation by inoculating Sporolactobacillus inulinus CASD CGMCC No. 2185 into the dedicated medium.
(FR)L'invention porte sur un procédé pour la production par fermentation d'une concentration élevée d'acide D-lactique à enzymolyse simultanée à l'aide de farine d'arachide et sur un milieu dédié correspondant. Le milieu est un milieu de fermentation qui comprend de la farine d'arachide comme source d'azote. Le milieu peut en outre comprendre une protéase. Le procédé de production d'une concentration élevée d'acide D-lactique comprend l'étape de fermentation par inoculation de Sporolactobacillus inulinus CASD CGMCC n° 2185 dans le milieu dédié.
