Abstract:
(EN) Formation of an authentication element by deposition of a metal layer with embedded particles on a metal substrate, wherein the embedded particles are configured to convert energy from one wavelength to another. The embedded particles may be upconverters, downconverters, or phosphorescent phosphors, which can be detected and measured with analytical equipment when deposited in the metal layer. A metal substrate may include coinage.
(FR) L'invention concerne la formation d'un élément d'authentification par déposition d'une couche de métal avec des particules incorporées sur un substrat de métal, les particules incorporées étant configurées pour convertir l'énergie d'une longueur d'onde en une autre. Les particules incorporées peuvent être des convertisseurs élévateurs, des convertisseurs abaisseurs ou des substances phosphorescentes, qui peuvent être détectées et mesurées avec un équipement analytique lorsqu'on les dépose sur la couche de métal. Un substrat de métal peut comprendre la monnaie.
