(EN)The present invention provides a process for producing thin solid films of a substance by drawing a thin liquid film of the substance from a bath, stabilizing the film in a liquid state by inducing a surface tension gradient along the length of the film, and subsequent cooling or curing to form a solid film. The present process permits contact- free thin films to be produced more rapidly than conventional processes, and allows precise control of the final film thickness.
(FR)La présente invention porte sur un procédé de fabrication de films solides, minces, d'une substance par le tirage d'un film liquide mince de la substance d'un bain, par la stabilisation du film dans un état liquide par l'induction d'un gradient de tension de surface le long de la longueur du film, et par le refroidissement ou le durcissement ultérieur pour former un film solide. Le présent procédé permet à des films minces, sans contact, d'être fabriqués plus rapidement qu'avec les procédés classiques, et permet un contrôle précis de l'épaisseur du film final.
