(EN)The present invention relates to a descaling apparatus for effectively removing scales formed on surfaces of hot-rolled steel strips (steel sheets). An embodiment of the descaling apparatus of the present invention comprises: a housing arranged on a hot-rolled steel strip transfer path; high pressure fluid supply means arranged in the housing to supply by injecting a high pressure fluid into the housing; abrasive material injection means arranged in the housing to inject an abrasive material into the housing; and abrasive slurry spray means arranged in the housing to spray, onto the hot-rolled steel strips, abrasive slurry of the high pressure fluid and the abrasive material mixed in the housing. According to the present invention, physical (mechanical) descaling is implemented, scale treatment processes are simplified, and surface roughness of the hot-rolled steel strips can be maintained at an appropriate level, thus enabling eco-friendly and high efficiency descaling. Particularly, the apparatus of the present invention can be applied to hot-rolled steel strip treatment process being performed at high speed.
(FR)La présente invention porte sur un appareil de décalaminage pour éliminer efficacement la calamine formée sur des surfaces de bandes d'acier laminées à chaud (tôles d'acier). Un mode de réalisation de l'appareil de décalaminage selon la présente invention comprend : un boîtier disposé sur une trajectoire de transfert de bandes d'acier laminées à chaud; des moyens d'alimentation en fluide haute pression disposés dans le boîtier pour délivrer par injection un fluide haute pression dans le boîtier; des moyens d'injection de matériau abrasif disposés dans le boîtier pour injecter un matériau abrasif dans le boîtier; et des moyens de pulvérisation de bouillie abrasive disposés dans le boîtier pour pulvériser, sur les bandes d'acier laminées à chaud, une bouillie abrasive du fluide haute pression et du matériau abrasif mélangés dans le boîtier. Selon la présente invention, un décalaminage physique (mécanique) est réalisé, des processus de traitement de calamine sont simplifiés, et une rugosité de surface des bandes d'acier laminées à chaud peut être maintenue à un niveau approprié, de façon à permettre ainsi un décalaminage écologique et de grande efficacité. En particulier, l'appareil selon la présente invention peut être appliqué à un processus de traitement de bandes d'acier laminées à chaud qui est effectué à grande vitesse.
