(EN)The present invention relates to a vertical blind with an integrated curtain that includes a plurality of light blocking portions and curtain portions woven integrally and perpendicularly to each other. The vertical blind is constituted of the light blocking portion that has a cross section formed of two sheets of woven light blocking portions, or one sheet of a woven light blocking portion and 1 curtain portion formed as a mesh, wherein the two sheets are woven perpendicularly to each other in a regular and repeating woven pattern. The basic concept is to use a convenient weaving method similar to that of weaving a spider web, by using cloth strips of uniform width, without the need to discriminate between weft and warp. A woven integrated structure, of light blocking portions and curtain portions using cloth strips of uniform width, is thus formed without seams, sewing, or the introduction of any adhesives. The integrating structure between the light blocking portion and curtain portion forms verticality in the light blocking portion, and surface tension formed in the curtain portion is employed to form a natural curvature of the curtain portion, thereby maintaining a columnar formation of the uniform curtain portions. By applying the above to a typical vertical blind structure, a weaving technology employing uniformly wide strips of cloth for forming a vertical structure without the use of an adhesive to adjust the amount of transmitted natural light and wind, and a cloth using the technology can be realized.
(FR)La présente invention concerne un store vertical à rideau intégré qui comprend une pluralité de parties d'occultation de la lumière et de parties rideau tissées d'une seule pièce et perpendiculairement les unes aux autres. Le store vertical est composé de la partie d'occultation qui présente une section transversale constituée de deux panneaux de parties d'occultation tissées, ou d'un panneau d'une partie d'occultation tissée et d'une partie rideau en une structure maillée, les deux panneaux étant tissés perpendiculairement l'un à l'autre en un motif régulier et répété. Le concept de base est de recourir à un procédé de tissage adéquat qui est similaire au tissage d'une toile d'araignée, en utilisant des bandes d'étoffe d'une largeur uniforme et sans qu'il soit nécessaire de différencier chaîne et trame. Une structure intégrée tissée, formée de parties d'occultation et de parties rideau, à bandes d'étoffe de largeur uniforme, est donc obtenue sans coudre, sans coutures et sans aucun adhésif. La structure d'intégration entre la partie d'occultation et la partie rideau crée une verticalité dans la partie d'occultation, et la tension superficielle produite dans la partie rideau est utilisée pour lui donner un arrondi naturel, contribuant à conserver l'aspect de colonnes des parties rideau uniformes. La présente invention a également trait, en appliquant le procédé précité à une structure de store vertical type, à une technique de tissage utilisant des bandes d'étoffe de largeur uniforme pour former une structure verticale sans recourir à un adhésif pour ajuster la quantité de lumière naturelle et d'air transmise, et à une étoffe obtenue en utilisant ladite technique.
(KO)본 발명은 교차된 상태로 다수개의 차광부와 커튼부가 일체로 제직되어 있으며 차광부 단면이 총 두 면으로 제직된 차광부 또는 한 면으로 제직된 차광부와 망사로 이루어진 커튼부 1면이 교차되어 있는 상태로 규칙적인 반복 제직으로 구성되어 있는 것으로 위사와 경사 구분없이 거미줄 치듯한 경편 제직방법으로 한 폭의 원단을 구성하는 것을 기본원리로 하며 이는 이음새 및 재봉질 또는 어떠한 부착물의 인입 없이 차광부와 커튼부가 일체된 상태의 한 폭 원단 제직구조로 형성되어 있으며 차광부와 커튼부의 간사조직은 차광부의 수직형성을 이루게 하고 커튼부의 형성된 간사조직은 표면장력을 발생시켜 커튼부의 자동굴곡 현상을 형성해 주고 규칙적인 커튼부의 횡대형태를 유지하며 이를 통상의 버디컬 블라인드 구조에 적용하여 채광 및 통풍을 조절하는 부착물 없이 수직형성을 이루는 한 폭의 원단 제직기술 및 그 원단을 이용한 커튼일체형 버디컬 블라인드에 관한 것이다.
