Title: INDUCTIVE-HEATING COOKER
Abstract:
Disclosed is an inductive-heating cooker provided with: a plurality of electrodes (6) which are formed in a linear manner at the under-surface of a top plate (2) and surround the outer circumferential part of a heating coil (3); a high-frequency signal generation section (7) which supplies a high-frequency signal to the electrodes (6) by way of a capacitor; a DC voltage conversion section (8) which inputs the high-frequency signal applied to the electrodes (6) and carries out conversion to DC voltage; and a boiling-over detection section (9) which detects the boiling-over of liquid accommodated in a pot (1). The boiling-over detection section (9) decides that boiling over is not taking place if, after the output voltage of any one electrode (6) of the plurality of electrodes (6) has risen by at least a first elevation value (ΔV) from a first reference value (V0) constituting the output voltage when there is no boiling over, the output voltage of at least one electrode (6) of the remaining electrodes (6) rises by at least the first elevation value (ΔV), which is determined for each of the remaining electrodes (6), from the first reference value (V0) within a first prescribed time period. If the output voltage of all of the remaining electrodes (6) does not rise by at least the first elevation value (ΔV) from the first reference value (V0) within the first prescribed time period, the boiling-over detection section (9) decides that boiling over is taking place.
