(EN)Disclosed are methods and compositions for determining and/or predicting a response to a therapy, especially a cancer therapy, including chemotherapy. Specifically, the disclosure provides profiles of a set of marker genes in breast cancers from patients who were known to have responded or not responded to a chemotherapy for predicting response to the same therapy including different combination of chemotherapy in a patient diagnosed with breast cancer. The disclosure further provides computer complemented methods for the prediction based on genetic profiles as well as different clinical parameters. Furthermore, the disclosure provides kits for performing the method disclosed.
