(EN)The present invention relates to a flat heat spreader and a manufacturing method therefor, the heat spreader having a thin substrate in which a plurality of individual capillary tubes, filled with a predetermined quantity of a coolant, are connected to each other to form one closed loop. The heat spreader comprises: a first substrate; a second substrate tightly coupled to the first substrate; a channel provided in the form of a closed loop on at least one of the surfaces of the first substrate and the second substrate where the first and second substrates are coupled to each other; and an inlet, formed on a portion of the first substrate or the second substrate, for injecting the coolant into the channel.
(FR)La présente invention concerne un distributeur de chaleur du type plat et un procédé de fabrication de ce distributeur. Le distributeur de chaleur présente un substrat mince qui contient intérieurement une pluralité de tubes capillaires individuels, remplis d'une quantité prédéterminée d'un fluide de refroidissement et reliés les uns aux autres pour former une boucle fermée, le distributeur de chaleur comportant un premier substrat, un second substrat, qui est étroitement couplé au premier substrat, un canal, qui est disposé sous la forme d'une boucle fermée sur au moins l'une de ses surfaces et auquel le premier substrat et le second substrat sont couplés, et une entrée, qui est formée sur une partie du premier substrat ou du second substrat, pour injecter le fluide de refroidissement dans le canal.
