(EN)The present invention relates to an electronic fuel injection valve using a solenoid and a seat spool, which autonomously controls injection timing on the basis of the operation of a solenoid, minimizes oil leakage by applying and using the seat spool, and increases combustion performance in an engine cylinder by varying an initial fuel injection pressure in accordance with the injection timing control. According to the electronic fuel injection valve of the present invention, which injects fuel into a diesel engine cylinder, a P port (15), an A port (16), and a T port (17) are defined vertically in multiple tiers in the electronic fuel injection valve, and a seat spool (4) linked to the operation of a solenoid (2) moves upward and downward and selectively opens or closes a fuel oil passage toward the P port (15) or the T port (17) through the A port (16) to control the relative pressure of the fuel oil supplied to an upper needle chamber (6), move a lower needle (10) upward and downward to open or close a nozzle hole (18), and control the fuel oil injection timing.

(KO)본 발명은 솔레노이드와 시트형 스풀을 이용한 전자식 연료분사밸브에 관한 것으로, 그 목적은 솔레노이드 작동에 의해 연료분사시기를 밸브자체에서 인위적으로 조절 가능토록 하고, 시트형 스풀을 적용 사용함으로써 오일 리크를 최소화하고, 분사시기 제어에 따라 연료분사시작 압력을 달리 하여 엔진 실린더 안에서의 연소성능을 항상 시킴에 있다. 본 발명의 구성은 디젤기관에서 실린더에 연료를 분사시켜주는 전자식연료분사밸브에 있어서, 전자식연료분사밸브 내부에 상하 다단으로 P포트(15)와 A포트(16) 및 T포트(17)를 형성하여 솔레노이드(2)의 작동에 따라 연동되게 설치된 시트형 스풀(4)이 승하강하면서 A포트(16)를 통한 P포트(15) 또는 T포트(17)로의 연료유 유로를 선택적으로 개폐하여 상부 니들챔버(6)에 공급되는 연료유의 상대압을 제어함으로써 노즐홀(18)을 개폐하는 하부니들(10)을 승하강시켜 연료유의 분사시점을 조절토록 구성한 솔레노이드와 시트형 스풀을 이용한 전자식 연료분사밸브를 발명의 특징으로 한다.
