(EN)The present invention relates to an adiabatic insulated diesel engine, and to a highly efficient generator engine using same, which are capable of preventing adiabatic insulating material of the adiabatic insulated diesel engine from being burnt or damaged, enabling fuel to be easily ignited, and converting most of the calorific power from combusted fuel into driving power. The diesel engine comprises: a piston consisting of a piston head coated with an adiabatic insulating material, and a skirt having only a piston ring installed thereon and not coated with an adiabatic insulating material; a cylinder, an inner wall region of which, in which the piston head reciprocates, is coated with an adiabatic insulating material; and a cylinder head including an exhaust valve and an exhaust passage, on the inner surface of which an adiabatic insulating material is coated, which is coupled to the top portion of the cylinder, and which forms a sealed, adiabatic insulated chamber together with the wall of the cylinder coated with adiabatic insulating material and the piston head coated with the adiabatic insulating material. A small cylindrical combustion chamber, the diameter of which is smaller than those of the inner cavity of the cylinder and of the piston head, and the volume of which is 1/20th to 1/200th of the volumetric expansion of the adiabatic insulated chamber, is defined in the cylinder head. A compressed air passage and an intake valve, for introducing compressed air into the small combustion chamber during an exhaust cycle, are also defined in the cylinder head. An injector, for injecting fuel and water at certain time intervals into the compressed air introduced into the small combustion chamber, is installed on the cylinder head.
(FR)La présente invention concerne un moteur diesel adiabatique isolé, et un moteur générateur à haut rendement utilisant celui-ci, lesquels sont capables d'éviter la combustion ou l'endommagement d'un matériau isolant adiabatique du moteur diesel adiabatique isolé, de permettre l'allumage aisé du carburant et de convertir la majorité de la puissance calorifique du carburant brûlé en puissance d'entraînement. Le moteur diesel comprend : un piston constitué d'une tête de piston revêtue d'un matériau isolant adiabatique, et d'une jupe présentant seulement un segment de piston installé sur celle-ci et n'étant pas revêtue de matériau isolant adiabatique ; un cylindre, dont une partie de paroi interne, dans laquelle la tête de piston va et vient, est revêtue d'un matériau isolant adiabatique ; et une culasse comportant une soupape d'échappement et un passage d'échappement, dont la surface interne est revêtue d'un matériau isolant adiabatique, ladite culasse étant accouplée à la partie supérieure du cylindre et formant une chambre adiabatique isolée scellée conjointement avec la paroi du cylindre revêtue de matériau isolant adiabatique et la tête de piston revêtue de matériau isolant adiabatique. Une petite chambre de combustion cylindrique, dont le diamètre est plus petit que ceux de la cavité interne du cylindre et de la tête de piston, et dont le volume représente 1/20ème à 1/200ème de l'expansion volumique de la chambre adiabatique isolée, est définie dans la culasse. Un passage d'air comprimé et une soupape d'admission, pour introduire de l'air comprimé dans la petite chambre de combustion au cours du cycle d'échappement, sont également définis dans la culasse.
