(EN)Disclosed is a composition which can accelerate the production of adiponectin, is not problematic in terms of safety issues such as side effects or toxicity, and can be orally administered. The adiponectin production accelerating composition, which has the effect of accelerating adiponectin production, contains salmon milt extract, brewer's yeast extract, avian collagen and mineral containing yeast. It is preferable that the salmon milt extract contains low-molecular components broken up as far as olignucleotides and oligopeptides by enzyme treating salmon milt. It is preferable that the brewer's yeast extract contains 50-80% RNA. It is preferable that the mineral containing yeast contains 0.01-0.02% selenium, 0.3-0.5% copper and 2-3% zinc in dry yeast. Furthermore, it is preferable that 16-17 parts by mass of the brewer's yeast extract, 33-34 parts by mass of the avian collagen, and 22-23 parts by mass of the mineral containing yeast are included per 100 parts by mass of the salmon milt extract.

Ladite composition qui a pour effet d'accélérer la production d'adiponectine, comprend un extrait de laitance de saumon, un extrait de levure de bière, du collagène aviaire et une levure contenant des matières minérales. Il est préférable que : l'extrait de laitance de saumon renferme des composants de faible poids moléculaire fragmentés jusqu'au niveau des oligonucléotides et des oligopeptides par un enzyme traitant cette laitance de saumon ; que l'extrait de levure de bière contienne de 50 à 80% d'ARN ; que la levure contenant des matières minérales renferme 0,01-0,02 % de sélénium, 0,3-0,5% de cuivre et 2-3% de zinc dans la levure sèche ; et qu'en outre 16-17 parties en masse de l'extrait de levure de bière, 33-34 parties en masse du collagène aviaire, et 22-23 parties de la levure contenant des matières minérale soient inclus par 100 parties en masse de l'extrait de laitance ce saumon.
(JA) アディポネクチン産生を促進し、且つ、副作用や毒性等の安全性の点で問題がなく、経口摂取することが可能な組成物を提供することを解決すべき課題とする。サケ白子抽出物、ビール酵母抽出物、トリコラーゲン及びミネラル含有酵母を含み、アディポネクチン産生促進作用を有するアディポネクチン産生促進組成物を調製する。サケ白子抽出物としては、サケ白子を酵素処理することにより、オリゴヌクレオチドとオリゴペプチドまで分解した低分子成分を含むものが好ましい。ビール酵母抽出物としては、RNAを50~80%含有するものが好ましい。ミネラル酵母としては、乾燥酵母中に亜鉛を2~3%、銅を0.3~0.5%、セレンを0.01~0.02%含有するものが好ましい。また、サケ白子抽出物100質量部あたり、ビール酵母抽出物16~17質量部、トリコラーゲン33~34質量部及びミネラル含有酵母22~23質量部を含むものが好ましい。
