(EN)The present invention relates to a method for recovering aluminium compounds and MMA from waste artificial marble, wherein aluminium compounds are recovered by carrying out acid and alkali processing on waste artificial marble or on artificial marble scraps and powder created during the process of turning artificial marble into a product, and PMMA is isolated and recovered by carrying out dry distillation on the remaining fraction, and this is an economical industrial method in that the aluminium compounds are recovered with the use of a small amount of energy since thermal decomposition is not performed during the recovery of the aluminium compounds from the waste artificial marble, and the present invention has the advantage that the percentage of MMA recovered is high because the aluminium compounds are recovered without any loss of MMA since the acid and alkali processing is carried out on the waste artificial marble.
(FR)La présente invention concerne une méthode de récupération de composés d'aluminium et de méthacrylate de méthyle à partir de déchets de marbre artificiel, les composés d'aluminium étant récupérés en réalisant un traitement à l'acide et aux alcalis des déchets de marbre artificiel ou des morceaux et de la poudre de marbre artificiel produits lors du processus de transformation du marbre artificiel en produit, et le polyméthacrylate de méthyle est isolé et récupéré en réalisant la distillation à sec de la fraction restante. Cette méthode industrielle est rentable, puisque les composés d'aluminium sont récupérés en utilisant une petite quantité d'énergie, car on ne réalise pas de décomposition thermique lors de la récupération de composés d'aluminium dans les déchets de marbre artificiel. La présente invention a aussi l'avantage d'un rendement élevé de récupération de méthacrylate de méthyle puisque les composés d'aluminium sont récupérés sans perte de méthacrylate de méthyle, car les déchets de marbre artificiel sont soumis à un traitement à l'acide et aux alcalis.
(KO)본 발명은 폐인조대리석이나 또는 인조대리석의 제품화 과정에서 발생하는 인조대리석의 스크랩과 분진을 산 및 알칼리 처리하여 알루미늄 화합물을 회수하고 남은 잔여분은 건류처리하여 PMMA를 분리 회수하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐인조대리석으로부터 알루미늄 화합물과 MMA의 회수방법에 관한 것으로, 폐인조대리석으로부터 알루미늄 화합물의 회수시 열분해를 하지 않음에 따라 적은 양의 에너지를 사용하여 알루미늄 화합물을 회수하는 경제적 공법이고, 또한 본 발명은 폐인조대리석을 산 및 알칼리 처리하여 MMA의 손실 없이 알루미늄 화합물을 회수함으로써, MMA의 회수율이 높은 것이 장점이다.
