Abstract

A control device (3) for controlling an electric motor (2) is disposed on the rotor axis (30) of the electric motor (2). The control device (3) comprises semiconductor switching elements (15) constituting a three-phase bridge circuit for controlling the current flowing through the electric motor (2) and capacitors (13) for suppressing the ripple component of the current flowing through the electric motor (2). The semiconductor switching elements (15) and the capacitors (13) make pairs with the respective arms of the three-phase bridge circuit and are disposed in a concentric fashion. Therefore, the impedance of the three-phase bridge circuit for controlling the current flowing through the electric motor (2) is reduced, the ripple is effectively absorbed, and the power efficiency of a driving device is improved.

Cette invention concerne un dispositif de commande (3) destiné à commander un moteur électrique (2), et disposé sur l'axe rotor (30) du moteur électrique (2). Le dispositif de commande (3) comprend des éléments semi-conducteurs de commutation (15) constituant un montage en pont triphasé pour contrôler le courant qui circule à travers le moteur électrique (2). Ledit dispositif comprend par ailleurs des condensateurs (13) pour supprimer une composante d'ondulation du courant qui circule à travers le moteur électrique (2). Les éléments semi-conducteurs de commutation (15) et les condensateurs (13) forment des paires avec les bras respectifs du montage en pont triphasé et ils sont disposés de manière concentrique. Ainsi, l'impédance du montage en pont triphasé destiné à contrôler le courant qui circule à travers le moteur électrique (2) est réduite, l'ondulation est efficacement absorbée, et le rendement énergétique d'un dispositif d'entraînement est amélioré.

 電動モータ2の回転子軸30の軸線上に電動モータ2を制御する制御装置3を配置する。制御装置3は、電動モータ2の電流を制御する3相ブリッジ回路を構成する半導体スイッチング素子15と、電動モータ2に流れる電流のリップル成分を抑制するコンデンサ13を備え、半導体スイッチング素子15とコンデンサ13は、3相ブリッジ回路のアームごとに一対となって、同心円状に配置される。そのため、電動モータに流れる電流を制御する3相ブリッジ回路のインピーダンスを低減し、効率良くリップルを吸収すると共に、駆動装置の電力効率を向上する。
