Abstract:
(EN) The invention includes a valve (5, 8, 10, 13, 16, 17) for a piston based cooling / freezing compressor. The valve (5, 8, 10, 13, 16, 17) is mounted in the refrigeration compressor's suction gate (3) and is provided with coolant such as Flasch gas from intercooler-undercooler or similar. With the valve (5, 8, 10, 13, 16, 17) mounted in a refrigeration compressor, the stroke period is increased where the coolant is moved around the refrigeration unit by the piston based compressor. With the valve (5, 8, 10,13, 16, 17), the efficiency of the compressor is increased with up to 15%. It is a part of the invention that the valve is used for C02 based coolants.
(FR) L'invention porte sur une soupape (5, 8, 10, 13, 16, 17) pour un compresseur de réfrigération/congélation à piston. La soupape (5, 8, 10, 13, 16, 17) est montée dans une voie d'aspiration (3) du compresseur de réfrigération et elle reçoit un fluide frigorigène tel qu'une vapeur instantanée provenant d'un refroidisseur intermédiaire-sous refroidisseur ou analogue. Lorsque la soupape (5, 8, 10, 13, 16, 17) est montée dans un compresseur de réfrigération, la période de course est augmentée lorsque le fluide frigorigène est mis en circulation dans l'unité de réfrigération par le compresseur à piston. A l'aide de la soupape (5, 8, 10, 13, 16, 17), le rendement du compresseur est augmenté de jusqu'à 15 %. Selon l'invention, la soupape peut être utilisée pour des fluides frigorigènes à base de CO2.
