(EN)The present invention relates to a high-strength and high-toughness ultrafine wire rod and to a method for producing same, wherein the wire rod is a high-strength and high-toughness ultrafine carbon-steel wire rod produced by controlling a microstructure through process control without adding expensive alloying elements. The microstructure of the carbon-steel wire rod comprises 60% or greater by area percentage of a ferrite structure, with the remainder being a cementite structure, wherein the ferrite has a mean diameter of 15 μm or less.
(FR)La présente invention concerne un fil machine ultrafin de haute résistance mécanique et de haute ténacité et son procédé de fabrication. Le fil machine est un fil d'acier au carbone ultrafin de haute résistance mécanique et de haute ténacité produit en contrôlant une microstructure par contrôle du processus sans ajouter d'éléments d'alliage coûteux. La microstructure du fil d'acier au carbone renferme, en pourcentage de surface, 60 % ou plus d'une structure de ferrite, le complément étant une structure de cémentite, la ferrite ayant un diamètre moyen inférieur ou égal à 15 µm.
(KO)본 발명은 고가의 합금원소를 첨가하지 않으면서도, 공정제어를 통한 미세조직의 제어를 통해, 초미세립의 고강도 고인성 탄소강 선재를 제공하기 위한 것으로서, 탄소강 선재에 있어서, 상기 선재는 면적분율로 60% 이상의 페라이트 조직, 나머지는 세멘타이트 조직을 포함하는 미세조직을 가지며, 상기 페라이트의 평균입경은 15㎛이하인 초미세립 고강도 고인성 선재와 이를 제조하는 방법을 제공한다.
