Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine gegenüber ihrem Wildtyp gentechnisch veränderte Zelle, die eine für ein Autofluoreszenzprotein kodierende Gensequenz umfasst, wobei die Expression des Autofluoreszenzproteins von der intrazellulären Konzentration eines bestimmten Metaboliten abhängig ist. Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft auch ein Verfahren zum Identifizieren einer Zelle mit erhöhter intrazellulärer Konzentration eines bestimmten Metaboliten, ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer gegenüber ihrem Wildtyp gentechnisch veränderten Zelle mit optimierter Produktion eines bestimmten Metaboliten, eine durch dieses Verfahren erhaltene Zelle, ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von Metaboliten sowie ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Mischung.

The present invention relates to a cell which has been modified recombinantly over its wild type and which comprises a gene sequence coding for an autofluorescent protein, the expression of the autofluorescent protein being dependent on the intracellular concentration of a specific metabolite. The present invention also relates to a method of identifying a cell with an increased intracellular concentration of a specific metabolite, to a method of generating a cell which has been modified recombinantly over its wild type and which demonstrates optimized production of a specific metabolite, to a cell obtained by this method, to a process for the production of metabolites, and to a process for the preparation of a mixture.

L'invention concerne une cellule génétiquement modifiée par rapport à son type sauvage, qui comprend une séquence de gènes codant pour une protéine autofluorescente, l'expression de la protéine autofluorescente dépendant de la concentration intracellulaire d'un métabolite déterminé. La présente invention concerne également un procédé d'identification d'une cellule contenant une concentration intracellulaire accrue d'un métabolite déterminé, un procédé de préparation d'une cellule génétiquement modifiée par rapport à son type sauvage présentant une production optimisée d'un métabolite déterminé, une cellule obtenue par ce procédé, un procédé de préparation de métabolites ainsi qu'un procédé de préparation d'un mélange.
