(EN)The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a gold core/insulator shell nanostructure and to a novel peptide used for same. The manufacturing method of the present invention is a biomimetic synthesis method using a silica-synthetic peptide having a high affinity for a gold surface, thus making it possible to manufacture a gold core/insulator shell nanostructure very effectively in an environmentally friendly manner.
(FR)La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'une nanostructure à cœur d'or/écorce d'isolant et un nouveau peptide utilisé pour celui-ci. Le procédé de fabrication de la présente invention est un procédé de synthèse biomimétique utilisant un peptide synthétique sur silice ayant une affinité élevée pour une surface en or, rendant ainsi possible la fabrication d'une nanostructure à cœur d'or/écorce d'isolant de manière très efficace et écologique.
