(EN)The present invention relates to an apparatus and method for the horizontal molding of vehicle interior components, the apparatus comprising: a means for preheating the skin layer material; a transfer means provided with a fixture for vertically transferring the preheated skin layer material; a first mold installed vertically on the ground surface; a second mold, which is installed parallel to the first mold, and into which the injection-molding base material is injected; and a means for horizontally moving either the first or second mold so as to combine or separate one from the other. The first mold comprises: a means for securely holding the skin layer material transferred via the transfer means via vacuum, which is applied to the edge thereof, so as to fix the skin layer material; a base member having an embossed pattern formed thereon, which is to be transferred to the skin layer material; a fixture for clamping the edge of the skin layer material to seal the internal space formed between the skin layer material and the base material; and a vacuum hole for vacuum-molding the skin layer material onto the base material. According to the present invention, the skin layer material and base material can be integrally molded in a horizontally operated mold; the skin layer material sheet, which is stretched in the preheating process, can be prevented from sagging downward due to the weight thereof; and by completely sealing the skin layer material, the same can be prevented from becoming overlapped or wrinkled.
(FR)La présente invention se rapporte à un appareil et à un procédé destinés au moulage horizontal de composants d'intérieur de véhicule, l'appareil comprend : un moyen destiné à préchauffer le matériau de couche de revêtement ; un moyen de transfert pourvu d'un accessoire destiné au transfert vertical du matériau de couche de revêtement préchauffé ; un premier moule installé à la verticale sur la surface du sol ; un second moule, qui est installé parallèlement au premier moule, et dans lequel est injecté le matériau de base pour moulage par injection ; et un moyen destiné à déplacer à l'horizontale l'un ou l'autre des premier et second moules de manière à les combiner ou à les séparer. Le premier moule comprend : un moyen destiné à maintenir de façon fixe le matériau de couche de revêtement transféré par l'intermédiaire du moyen de transfert par le vide, qui est appliqué au bord de celui-ci, de manière à fixer le matériau de couche de revêtement ; un élément de base sur lequel est formé un motif gaufré, qui doit être transféré sur le matériau de couche de revêtement ; un accessoire destiné à serrer le bord du matériau de couche de revêtement afin de rendre étanche l'espace interne formé entre le matériau de couche de revêtement et le matériau de base ; et un trou d'application de vide destiné au moulage sous vide du matériau de couche de revêtement sur le matériau de base. Selon la présente invention, le matériau de couche de revêtement et le matériau de base peuvent être moulés d'un seul bloc dans un moule à actionnement horizontal ; on peut éviter à la feuille de matériau de couche de revêtement, qui est étirée lors du processus de préchauffage, de s'affaisser en raison de son poids ; et grâce à l'étanchéité totale du matériau de couche de revêtement, on peut éviter à celui-ci d'être recouvert ou de se froisser.
