(EN)The invention relates to a carrier and targeting system comprising a siosomal composition for the intracellular delivery and release of a siosome- and/or siosome-liposome-entrapped or encapsulated active substance or therapeutic agent. The invention further relates to the targeted release and delivery of doxorubicin, cis-platin, carbo-platin and/or oxali-platin using said carrier and targeting system. The invention relates to carrier and targeting systems that comprise of charged lipid species, such as cationic or anionic lipids. The invention also relates to a method for preparing such carrier and targeting systems and methods for their administration, particularly in the treatment of cancer.
(FR)L'invention se rapporte à un système porteur et de ciblage comprenant une composition siosomale pour la délivrance intracellulaire et la libération d'une substance active ou un agent thérapeutique piégé ou encapsulé dans un siosome et/ou un liposome siosome. L'invention se rapporte en outre à la délivrance et libération ciblée de doxorubicine, cisplatine, carboplatine et/ou oxaliplatine en utilisant ledit système porteur et de ciblage. L'invention se rapporte à des systèmes porteurs et de ciblage qui consistent en des espèces lipidiques chargées, comme des lipides cationiques ou anioniques. L'invention se rapporte aussi à une méthode de préparation de tels systèmes porteurs et de ciblage et à des méthodes pour leur administration, particulièrement dans le traitement du cancer.
