(EN)A specific antiviral antisense nucleic acid drug for avian influenza virus, whose active components are 4 antisense nucleic acids monomers, is provided; wherein the sequences of said 4 antisense nucleic acids are SEQ ID NO: 4, 7, 11 and 14 respectively. With high level of bioavailability and steady physical and chemical properties, and without toxic and side-effect and drug tolerance, the specific antiviral antisense nucleic acid drug for avian influenza virus of the present invention can kill avian influenza virus directly; the antiviral effect of the drug is good, and the cost of the drug is low.
(FR)L'invention concerne un médicament à base d'acides nucléiques antisens antiviraux spécifiques pour le virus de la grippe aviaire, dont les composants actifs sont 4 monomères d'acides nucléiques antisens, les séquences desdits 4 acides nucléiques antisens étant respectivement SEQ ID NO: 4, 7, 11 et 14. De par un niveau de biodisponibilité élevé, des propriétés chimiques et physiques stables, l'absence d'effet secondaire toxique et une tolérance élevée, ledit médicament à base d'acides nucléiques antisens antiviraux spécifiques pour le virus de la grippe aviaire peut tuer directement le virus de la grippe aviaire; son effet antiviral est bon et son coût est faible.
