Abstract
(EN) Provided is a solar cell module that minimizes the warpage of solar cell elements. The solar cell module is provided with: a semiconductor substrate having a first surface that receives light and a second surface on the reverse side of the first surface, and in which a plurality of through holes arranged in one direction, which pass between the first surface and the second surface, are formed; a first electrode having a plurality of conductive sections disposed inside the plurality of through holes, and having a first output extraction section that is disposed on the second surface and that is electrically connected to the conductive sections; a second electrode having a specific resistance of not more than 2.5 × 10-8 Ω⋅m, which is disposed on the second surface in such a manner as to be separate from the first output extraction section; a first wiring material connected to the first output extraction section; and a second wiring material connected to the second electrode, and positioned in such a manner that the end surface in the longitudinal direction faces the end surface of the first wiring material in the longitudinal direction.
