Abstract
(EN) By means of installation improvements specifically in a liquid-storage tank from among sulfidation installations at which a sulfidation reaction is performed in the hydrometallurgy of nickel oxide ore, the present disclosures reduce the amount of hydrogen sulfide gas used in a sulfidation step and the amount of alkali used in exhaust gas treatment, reducing operating costs. Disclosed is a liquid-storage device, which is used in a sulfidation installation that generates sulfides by causing the sulfidation of a sulfate solution, and which is provided with: a plurality of liquid-storage tanks (11n) that store a slurry or a filtrate after solid-liquid separation; a collecting pipe (12) that collects exhaust gas from each liquid-storage tank (11n) or inert gas that goes towards each liquid-storage tank (11n); and pressure-control pipework (13) that controls the internal pressure of the plurality of liquid-storage tanks (11n) by allowing the flow-through of inert gas and exhaust gas. Also, the pressure-control pipework (13) joins with the collecting pipe (12) via a joining section (30) and is provided with a pair of pressure-control valves (31, 32) that sandwich before and after the joining section (30) that joins to the collecting pipe (12).
(FR) La présente invention permet, grâce à des améliorations spécifiques apportées à un réservoir de stockage de liquide faisant partie d'installations de désulfuration dans lesquelles une réaction de désulfuration est effectuée dans le cadre de l'hydrométallurgie d'un minerai d'oxyde de nickel, de réduire la quantité de sulfure d'hydrogène gazeux utilisé à l'étape de désulfuration et la quantité d'alcali utilisé dans le traitement des gaz d'échappement, réduisant ainsi les coûts d'exploitation. Le dispositif de stockage de liquide spécifiquement décrit, utilisé dans une installation de désulfuration qui génère des sulfures par sulfuration d'une solution de sulfate, comporte : une pluralité de réservoirs de stockage de liquide (11n) qui stockent une pulpe ou un filtrat après séparation solide-liquide ; un tuyau de collecte (12) qui collecte le gaz d'échappement de chaque réservoir de stockage de liquide (11n) ou le gaz inerte envoyé vers chaque réservoir de stockage de liquide (11n) ; et une tuyauterie de contrôle de la pression (13) qui contrôle la pression interne de la pluralité de réservoirs de stockage de liquide (11n) en y permettant la circulation du gaz inerte et du gaz d'échappement. La tuyauterie de contrôle de la pression (13) est reliée au tuyau de collecte (12) par une section de raccordement (30), et est équipée d'une paire de vannes de contrôle de la pression (31, 32) insérées avant et après la section de raccordement (30) avec le tuyau de collecte (12).
(JA)  ニッケル酸化鉱石の湿式製錬における硫化反応が行われる硫化設備のうち、特に貯液槽における設備的な改善を図ることにより、硫化工程での硫化水素ガスの使用量や排ガス処理に用いるアルカリ使用量を削減し、操業コストを低減させる。本発明は、硫酸塩溶液を硫化させて硫化物を生成させる硫化設備に用いられる貯液装置であって、スラリー又は固液分離後のろ液を貯液する複数の貯液槽(11)と、各貯液槽(11)への不活性ガス又は各貯液槽(11)からの排ガスを集合させる集合管(12)と、不活性ガス及び排ガスを流通させて複数の貯液槽(11)の内部圧力を制御する圧力制御配管(13)とを備える。また、圧力制御配管(13)は、連結部(30)を介して集合管(12)と連結し、集合管(12)との連結部(30)を挟んだ前後に一対の圧力制御バルブ(31),(32)が備えられている。
