Abstract
(EN) Disclosed is a high purity aluminum structure formed by using a resin porous body having a three-dimensional network structure, plating, with aluminum in a molten salt bath, a resin molded body, at least the surface of which has been rendered electrically conductive, and forming the aluminum structure, making aluminum plating of the surface of even a porous resin molded body having a three-dimensional network structure possible by forming an aluminum porous body from an aluminum layer having a thickness of 1 - 100 µm and being formed from aluminum with a purity of 98.0% or greater and carbon content of 1.0 - 2%, with the remainder being unavoidable impurities, and by forming in a uniform thick film.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une structure en aluminium très pur. Pour l'obtenir, on prend un corps poreux en résine à structure tridimensionnelle réticulée. On plonge dans un bain de sel fondu ce corps moulé en résine dont au moins la surface a été rendue électroconductrice de façon à plaquer d'aluminium ledit corps moulé et à réaliser la structure d'aluminium. L'invention, qui permet ainsi de réaliser le plaquage d'aluminium sur la surface du corps moulé bien qu'il soit en résine poreuse et bien qu'il présente une structure réticulée tridimensionnelle, permet ainsi d'obtenir un corps poreux en aluminium fait d'une couche d'une épaisseur uniforme allant suivant le cas de 1 µm à 100 µm d'un aluminium présentant une pureté d'au moins 98,0 % et une teneur en carbone de 1% à 2%, le complément à 100% représentant les impuretés résiduelles.
(JA) 三次元網目構造を有する樹脂多孔体を用い、少なくとも表面が導電化された樹脂成形体に、アルミニウムを溶融塩浴中でめっきを行い、アルミニウム構造体を形成し、1μm~100μmの厚さを有するアルミニウム層からなりアルミニウムの純度98.0%以上、カーボン含有量1.0%以上2%以下、残部不可避不純物からなるアルミニウム多孔体とすることにより、三次元網目構造を有する多孔質樹脂成形体であっても、その表面へのアルミニウムのめっきを可能とし、厚膜を均一に形成することで純度の高いアルミニウム構造体を形成する。
